- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in the United States (us-central1 region). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2+.

4.3 Data Breach Notification

5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery.
- User content: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for operational purposes.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years after resolution.
